Arrive Alive California Inc. 

Angela Y. Webb, CEO/Executive Director for Arrive Alive California Inc.

Angela Y. Webb is an internationally recognized crisis intervention specialist. In 2011, Angela was a recipient of President’s Volunteer Service Award which recognized the hundreds of hours she served as a volunteer crisis and trauma responder for Sacramento County. Her dedication to help people during the worst time of their lives ignited a passion to develop and facilitate innovative crisis prevention programs for youth and the community. In 2018, Angela founded Arrive Alive California Inc. At the heart of everything she does, is a life-commitment to serve people and save lives.

Michelle Lewis, Sr. Program Analyst

Michelle Lewis brings more than 2 decades of analytical experience to AAC. Working primarily in the healthcare industry, she is highly skilled in abstraction and reporting of data. Michelle has a breadth of knowledge and experience in national and state funded grant proposals for mental health and physical/sexual assault evidentiary exams as well as managing multiple grant awards simultaneously. Michelle joined AAC in 2022 to further her work in funding and facilitating life-saving education and awareness programs for youth in our community.

Rebecca Thomas, Program Coordinator

Rebecca Thomas graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Studies. While always having a heart for the youth, the disadvantaged, and the “underdogs,” she joined the AAC team in 2023 to help make a positive impact in this world.
