Dr. Vicque Kimmel, Psy. D - AAC Vice President
Dr. Vicque Kimmel, a neuropsychologist, is currently a Health Program Specialist with the Mental Health Services Oversight & Accountability Commission. Her passionate about mental health prevention and early intervention programs focused on transformational changes. Dr. Vicque began serving on teh AAC board in 2022.
Nicole Christensen - AAC Secretary
Nicole Swonger has been a teacher with Natomas Unified School District since 2004. After graduating CSUS in 2001 Nicole received her professional CLEAR credentials in 2003. Her ambition as an educator is to inspire her students to do extraordinary things in this world. She continues to lead multiple programs on and off campus and has been honored with the title “Teacher of the Year” twice by her peers. Nicole began serving on the AAC board in 2018.
Chief Counsel Kary Marshall, Esq - AAC Board Member
Kary Marshall worked at the Department of Technology as Senior Counsel, Interim General Counsel and Acting Chief Counsel. There she was the subject matter expert in data security and privacy and was instrumental in the development of multi-million-dollar projects and contracts, and addressed or adjudicated a myriad of legal matters ranging from cyber-crimes, contracts to personnel. Kary began serving on the AAC board in 2022.
Tram-anh Nguyen - AAC Board Member
Tram-anh graduated from Purdue in 1997 with a Bachelor of Psychology. In 2000, she earned her Masters Degree in School of Psychology from Alfred University in New York. After working 5 years in Denver as a School Psychologist, she joined the Peace Corps in China. After her time in the Peace Corps, she spent 2 years in Vietnam teaching English. Currently she is a school psychologist in Sacramento County. Tram-anh began serving on the AAC board in 2023.
Richard Halladay, Esq - AAC Board Member
Richard Halladay is an attorney specializing in Workers compensation defense. Richard graduated from CSU Sacramento in 2004 and Laurence Drivon School of Law in 2012. He is a member of the Delta Chi fraternity and spends time as a volunteer coaching youth sports within his community. Richard began serving on the AAC board in 2023.
